What we collect
What you submit: name, email, company, phone, country, the parts and quantities you are asking about or offering, and your message. Technical: IP address, browser type, pages visited and when. Used for security and to improve the site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry or quote, to run export control and sanctions screening (a legal requirement), to prevent form abuse, and to understand which parts are being searched so we can source them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to your contact with us. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your request (for example, a shipping carrier) or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Records of completed business are kept as required by law and tax rules. Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are generally kept for 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to: show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your information, or stop emailing you. California residents (CCPA) also have the right to know, to delete, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Cookies
We serve no advertising cookies and do no cross-site tracking. We use only the technical cookies needed for the site to work — such as your language preference and admin login state.
Where data is held
Data is held on servers in the United States. If you are contacting us from elsewhere, submitting information means you accept that it will be transferred to the US for processing.
Minors
This site is for business purchasing and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We will flag material changes on the site.
