How we work
In component trading, being clear matters more than sounding good. These are our operating principles — each one is something we actually do.
We are an independent distributor
ZHPAY is an independent distributor, not an authorised agent for any manufacturer. We do not represent Intel, AMD, Samsung or any brand, and we will not imply that we do. What you get from us is stock and obsolete parts — the value is in finding them and identifying them correctly.
Compliant items only
We trade only items that comply with US export regulations and are not on any prohibited or controlled list. Controlled high-end AI accelerators — A100, H100, H200 and equivalent class — are not handled or resold by us.
Drives only when the data is already cleared
We buy and sell drives only when the data has already been cleared. We do not handle storage media that still carries data. That protects both sides — nobody can absorb a data-breach liability.
Part number and S-Spec verified
Every part is identified against its part number (CM / BX / BXC and so on) and S-Spec. We publish the cross-reference table on each model page so you can verify it yourself rather than take our word for it.
Components, exclusively
Processors, drives, memory, GPUs and ICs — five categories, and that is the whole business. Keeping the scope narrow is what lets us know the provenance, specification and condition of every part number we carry. It is the reason we can stand behind each individual chip.
We claim no industry certifications or memberships. If we had them we would name them; we do not, so we do not. That is verifiable.
